Didn't Fall Madly in Love?

At Where The Wilde Things Are, your happiness is paramount. Should your purchase not entirely sweep you off your feet, simply let us know within 14 days of receiving your Wilde treasure. We'll gladly arrange an exchange or refund, minus shipping. 

To ensure smooth sailing for your return, you'll need a returns authorisation number and our designated returns address. All returns must be shipped securely with tracking provided.

Kindly ensure your item is returned unused, in pristine condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Upon arrival, your return will undergo a friendly assessment—please allow up to 7 business days for processing. And remember, we're always here if you have any questions along the way.

Do note, however, that due to their unique charm, handmade, made-to-order, one-of-a-kind creations (we regard them as wearable art!), sale items, and Erstwilder products are final sales and cannot be refunded.

But above all, if something isn't quite right, please reach out—we aim for blissfully satisfied customers, every single time.

Faulty Item? 

A Rare, but Easily Remedied Situation. 

Should your Wilde treasure arrive in less-than-perfect condition, we sincerely apologise. Though uncommon, we acknowledge mistakes can happen.

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item (keeping tags attached), and we'll swiftly address your concerns. Simply email wilde@wherethewildethingsare.com.au, including photos of the issue and your proof of purchase. We'll happily offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Keep in mind, due to the nature of our handcrafted and upcycled materials- such as handloomed fabrics or eco- friendly, stonewashed jute- slight irregularities are to be celebrated as part of their unique, artisanal character and are not considered faults.

We craft each Wilde Thing with care and confidence, built to accompany your adventures for many seasons. Should your item exhibit any unexpected defect within 12 months from purchase, please reach out—we'll determine if a repair or replacement is warranted.
