Returns for exchange or refund.
Our aim is to make sure you love your Wilde Things as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of the date on your proof of purchase so we can help you. We are happy to exchange the item for you minus shipping and any other associated costs we may have directly incurred in supplying your order.
To return an item, you will need to have a returns authorisation number and our return address. Any returns must be sent with tracking number.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all tags attached and packaging intact and will be assessed by us to make sure they comply. Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to be processed and do not hesitate to contact us with any concerns.
As a condition of your purchase, you acknowledge that we do not issue refunds on handmade/made to order/one of a kind items (which we regard as a piece of art!), sale/discounted items, any and all Erstwilder products.
As always if you have any problem with a purchase, please contact us to discuss, as our aim is to have very happy customers.
Fawlty, Basil?
Faulty items.
In the unlikely event you have received an item in less than perfect condition, we apologise. It is, happily, a rare event.
We allow a two week period of grace for such an event, which excludes general ‘wear and tear’. Make sure you are happy with your purchase before removing the tags. If you identify a fault, please email us at wilde@wherethewildethingsare.com.au and include pictures of the fault and your proof of purchase so that we may review the item. We may then offer to repair, replace or refund.
As our fabrics are hand loomed and pieces made by hand, it is expected that there will be minor irregularities in the weave, slubs in the stonewashed jute bags and other irregularities in manufacture. Items which are created from recycled/upcyled materials are bound to have irregularities, which should be regarded as part of the appealm of such a unique item.
These are not regarded as faults, but rather your assurance of a unique, handcrafted and unrepeatable item.

Wilde Things are designed to last and we stand by all our products.
Should you have any defect develop within 12 months of the ordering your goods, please contact us so we can assess if a repair or replacement is in order.
We are a small business with many years of providing the best possible customer service, so please remember if you’re not happy, we’re not happy. If you have any concerns with any of our products we really want to hear from you so we can help.
On the other hand, if you have no concerns, then please leave us a great review on Facebook or Instagram so we can do a happy dance (when nobody is is watching).
